They invited me to info session and dinner the day before the interview. Then on the day they asked the standard questions such as tell me about yourself, thing you think stands out on your resume. They got back to me that same day on if they were interested in interviewing me for the second and third stages

It was a screening process for an interview process. I talked to HR and two employees. They asked me general questions. I thought that I would be in the next step, but they hired another candidate.

Entretien
I applied for entry level analyst in the consulting development program. First there was a phone interview. Then there was a behavioral interview, a technology showcase which is a presentation you have to do and questions after, and then a case / scenario interview. case one was a bit difficult. The interviewers were really nice. The technology showcase interviewer was a little intimidating.
Phone interview, followed by onsite super-day. I applied through a campus connection. Used a VR simulation that was disorienting right before sitting down for a conversation with the hiring team.
