I previously worked for the firm. My experience was pretty straightforward. They didn't know which division I fit into after my industry experience, so I met with two different execs and fielded questions around my experience. The firm spent over $1,000 interviewing me when they could have kept costs to less than $100. Yeah. Both execs were from the Denver area, and we were all in San Francisco on a Friday.

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
O processo de entrevistas foi composto por 3 fases, em que em cada um deles a componente técnica e humana esteve presente de forma notória.
Em suma, foi um processo justo, completo e rigoroso.
