HR team is not all co-operative with project team or management.Though project team interview and select the exact candidate for the particular skillset, HR team is not all co-operative in hiring the same resource. HR team referring some resources through consultancy. HR team scheduled an interview but there is no interviewers available.so again sent back without taking an interview.
first round is a Technical round , easy to indermediate questions like variable , oops concept and pointers, basic data design and basic coding in python and hr round, salary discussion ,location , shift timing ect
