I had a disappointing experience with the recruitment process at Accenture. I had originally applied for the Security Analyst role, but my profile was moved to a Custom Software Engineer role without clear communication. I completed the first interview round and was shortlisted for the second round. However, at the scheduled interview time, HR called and informed me that the interview would be rescheduled. After I selected a new slot, I received an email stating that they were no longer recruiting for the role, even though the same opening was still visible on LinkedIn. The overall process felt unorganized and lacked transparency.

The interview went very smoothly, and I was able to answer every question with confidence and clarity. However, despite the positive experience, I later received a rejection email, which was both unexpected and disappointing.
