I experienced a lack of respect throughout the whole process. The recruiter tried to place me in a much lower expertise and salary bracket because they hadn't read my CV thoroughly and wrongly assumed I was a junior. After convincing them that I was qualified for the job and salary they were offering, I moved on to the next interview with the team manager. The interview was jarring, with the manager giving a lot of red flag answers to my questions which signaled a complete lack of empathy. For example, they answered "You come here to work, not to socialize" when I asked about what the team looked like in terms of background and anagraphics. At the end of the interview, the manager still said that I looked like a good candidate and that they would have 100% moved me to the following step. They then proceeded to ghost me for a few weeks. In the meantime I received another job offer and I got back to Accenture to ask if they had any updates. They told me that they were not interested anymore. What a waste of time and energy.

Poi breve presentazione dell'elaborato e poi presentazione dell'azienda da parte di HR.
