The process was quite infuriating as the interviewer wasn’t really paying attention to me as the candidate. Seemed like ironically they were using Microsoft Co-Pilot to conduct the whole interview, and using it to ask me questions during the interview interrupting my questions with the Co-pilots prompts and thinking? In my opinion wasn’t really professional at all. If you are going to have an interviewer conduct technical questions but have no idea what you are asking about and then asking and waiting on Co-Pilot to respond to my answer, atleast get someone Technical to conduct the interview. It was a vey Odd experience.
