There is no defined timeline for scheduling subsequent rounds, which leads to long waiting periods and uncertainty for candidates. Additionally, I faced significant inconsistencies in interview alignment: • I applied for an R2R (Record to Report) role • However, during interviews, I was asked taxation-related questions • In one instance, the panel mentioned they were hiring for a Tax Senior Associate role, which was completely different from the position I applied for I also had to go through the technical round multiple times (three times), which felt repetitive and inefficient. ⚠️ Key Issues: • Poor communication regarding timelines • Misalignment between job role and interview panel expectations • Repetitive interview rounds without clear feedback ✅ Suggestion: The company should improve internal coordination and role clarity to enhance the candidate experience.
