I received an email stating that my application will not be considered further as I did not clear the interview. However, I was informed by an HR representative that I had cleared the first technical round, and my second round — a managerial interview — will be scheduled. Unfortunately, that round never took place. This is not the first instance of scheduling issues. The first round for this position had to be rescheduled multiple times. On the initial occasion, I received no interview link or communication. During the rescheduled attempt, no one from their team joined the meeting. Despite repeated follow-ups via call and message, I did not receive any response. When the first round finally took place, the technical issues on their end severely affected the communication quality, making it difficult for the interviewer to hear or see me properly. I find this experience disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that not every candidate will be selected, but I believe it is important to maintain clarity and consistency in communication throughout the process.

Consisted of a 30 minute virtual interview where the interviewer asked me questions about my past experience and my qualifications. He also tested my knowledge on the ITSM domain and presented scenario based questions.
