Frank joined us in March as Senior Director of Capex & Facilities, bringing more than two decades of experience in facilities and construction management—most recently overseeing 100+ properties across the Northeast in the hospitality industry. At Benchmark, Frank is leading our Plant Operations and Housekeeping teams with Regional Directors of Facilities reporting to him, and he’ll also be spearheading company-wide capital expenditure planning and forecasting. In this role, Frank will help foster stronger collaboration between our operational and financial teams, ensuring our investments continue to support well-maintained, high-performing communities. We’re excited to have Frank’s deep expertise and leadership here at Benchmark as we continue to invest in environments that support the comfort and care of our residents and associates alike. Honoring Joe Krasowski, who after 28 incredible years of service is retiring from Benchmark at Putnam Farm—but not before leaving a legacy that started well before day one. Joe was there during the community's days of construction nearly three decades ago, helping build the very walls that would later house his life’s work. Over the years, Joe became more than a Plant Operations Director—he became a trusted presence, a teammate, a musician, and a friend to residents and associates alike. Whether keeping the building running like clockwork, or picking up his guitar to play a singalong for residents, Joe brought heart and humanity into every corner of the community he helped create. Rachel joined the Benchmark team in 2023 as Resident Care Director of sister community The Branches of Framingham. With over 17 years of experience in senior care, Rachel's skill and compassion have only propelled her growth. Known for her sharp attention to detail and unwavering dedication, she’s been instrumental in ensuring every paycheck is accurate and on time—a responsibility she’s handled with both skill and care.
