The dedication and expertise of Benchmark University's instructors play a crucial role in its success and esteemed reputation. This month we are offered a two day course for Lead Aide Training. Lead Aides take on many supportive roles, such as peer influencer, coach and mentor. This course took participants through a journey of self-reflection related to leadership. Topics included leadership styles, communication strategies, conflict management, handling emergency situations and more.

Meet Mimi Almonor, Lead Aide at The Arbors of Bedford and Benchmark's 2024 Compassionate Caregiver Award winner! Residents at The Arbors mean the world to Mimi, and the strength of her work and the relationships she has made are proof. Mimi truly embodies the meaning of Called to Care. "Our families see the positive impact Mimi has on our residents, often under some of the most difficult circumstances.
