What happens when you bring together the people responsible for creating memorable associate experiences across dozens of communities? A lot of laughter, a few secret handshakes, countless new ideas, and one unforgettable Culture Ambassador Retreat. Earlier this month, Culture Ambassadors from across Benchmark gathered in Waltham, MA and Meriden, CT for two days dedicated to celebrating culture - not just talking about it. The retreat gave ambassadors an opportunity to step away from their day-to-day work and connect with one another, sharing success stories, exchanging best practices, tackling common challenges, and brainstorming practical solutions they can bring back to their teams. Between wisdom circles, music, collaborative workshops, and plenty of fun, the retreat served as a reminder that culture isn't something that happens by accident. It takes passionate people, intentional investment, and a shared commitment to making every associate feel valued. We're grateful to our Culture Ambassadors for everything they do throughout the year!
