J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zalando en mai 2020

I got contacted a few days after my online application and scheduled an interview with the "Talent Acquisition Expert".
This was the first screening interview with the recruiter, it was supposed to last 20 minutes, it lasted 15 minutes, of which she talked for 5 and I have 10 minutes to explain why I was a good fit for the job (an answer that I had already prepared). Overall it was an ok experience, she was professional and nice, but I felt like she was in a hurry and had already made up her mind about me. How can you get an idea of my skills and personality in 10 minutes? I had other screening interviews with big companies and they lasted at least 30 to 40 minutes - enough time to get an idea of my potential. Select fewer candidates but work on promoting a better candidate-focused interview!
Anyways, she tells me that I will get her feedback in a week. I waited for 10 days then I emailed, I got an answer saying "we've got many applicants, please be patient". I have waited 2 more weeks and none contacted me at all.
This is the first time I get no feedback from such a big company, which is supposed to be "people-oriented and transparent". Beware, your job applicants are your first customers, who decide to apply because they like Zalando and they've heard good things about the company!!!
You should invest more in your recruiting process, train your recruiters to better select, listen to the applicants during the interview process and follow-up with feedback, be it positive or negative.
From what I've read, this is a real issue and you should do something about it if you want to be true to your company core values!
Overall very unprofessional.
I'm no recruiter but I could do a better job because I care and I understand how frustrating could be for a candidate to get no feedback.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Why are you a good fit for the job compared to your previous experience?

4 interviews - First 2 with the people I'd be working with and they went really well. The 3rd interview was horrible, it was with an HR person. She was really condescending and her questions didn't make any sense. The experience of the 3rd interview made me not want the job and was a deciding factor in me choosing a different offer I'd received.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and sharing your honest feedback on your candidate experience. We will share your insights with the responsible Talent Acquisition teams and will review our processes internally to improve.

The interviewing process/steps were made pretty clear since the first interview with the talent acquisition partner. In all of my interviews the questions were very well structured and the overall process was really pleasant.

The process was very smooth (and all interviews via Hangouts), initial 30 min call with a recruiter to go over salary expectations and ask fairly standard questions, a few days later an interview with the hiring manager, a few days after that a 45 min interview with some of the team and then a final 45 min interview with another more senior member of the team the same week. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. Offer came by phone then email a couple of days after the final interview.
