Interview for Personal Banker at Wells Fargo
I had an interview for the Personal Banker position. Unfortunately, the experience was not very positive. The interview felt rushed, and the interviewer didn’t seem very engaged in the conversation. I didn’t feel that my skills or background were fully considered. The questions were very generic, and there was little discussion about the actual responsibilities of the role or the career growth opportunities. Overall, the process left me with a negative impression of the company culture.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
