First Phone screening with the recruiter - mostly general questions. Then Interview with 2 managers for the role. They are going to ask you 5 STAR questions about risk, adaptivity, customer service etc. You will have to provide a detailed situation with the solution.

Phone interview conducted within a few days of being emailed for the interview. Person called promptly and was friendly. Applied for a position in the candler location but when they called the position was for another location.
