After applying on website, a recruiter will call you with the typical 6 questions where you have to provide scenarios of real situations experienced. Then you´ll be directed to a one on one interview with Manager on the branch who will do different 6 scenarios questions and general questions

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
