networking referral from distant family. warm contact. casual and friendly. virtual interview. was told what experience/knowledge I needed to land future role. Basic questions were asked like how much smaller commercial banking experience did I have.

What experience do you have with smaller commercial market banking?
Scheduling interview was a challenge with the hiring manager never in the office. Getting to interview was challenging as there was no one around the reception area and the questions were insulting.
