The interview process has 2 stages: a self-recorded session and the final round, which is a Zoom interview with 3 recruiters. They ask about 3-4 questions in the final round and let you answer questions about the company/position afterward.

Hirevue and then Power day - behavioral round with others. It is a calm environment and the interviewers make sure you are comfortable. You find out about offers a week or two later.
