Worked with recruiter initially. Asked to complete a Candidate Summary before granted interview. Hiring manager contacted directly to schedule interview. Received preparation materials before the interview from recruiter. Interview lasted about 45 mins. Decision was reached within 3 weeks of interview.

Initial screening interview with the HR Recruiter, basic questions on employment history, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Second round of interviews with direct hiring manager and another manager from a separate team. Third and final interview with senior leadership.

The team was very professional. Human Resources was organized and cognizant of my schedule. The interviews were focused and included questions both technical and behavioral. The entire experience was very positive and left a good impression.
