Initially, you submit an application. This was very straightforward. They then ask you to record videos of yourself answering questions. This was a bit awkward just talking into a camera. It felt like nobody was actually watching your presentation.

The interview process was quite easy. For the CBO role, I had 1 hirevue and 1 interview with a team member. I felt the process was easy and enjoyed meeting people on the team.
