Entretien
Generic email sent out to request phone number, date and time of day that would work best for interview. Phone interview was quick, questions were basic. You would get a sense that the interview went well, but any question you ask is met with "Sorry, we are unable to provide that information."
In person interview is formal but not that professional. Managers are forced to use an interview packet with standard questions in order to make sure everything is by the book.

You submit an online application and your resume; the recruiter screens your qualifications and contacts you if your background aligns with the role.
Wells Fargo. A typical next step is a phone or video screening with a recruiter (or hiring manager) to review your work history, motivation for the role, and fit with the team. If you move forward, you’ll likely participate in one or more in-person or virtual interviews (often panel style) where behavioral (using the STAR method) and situational questions are common. For many associate-level roles, there may also be a brief assessment (skills, personality) and then a background and employment verification check before any offer is extended. Finally, if selected, you receive the offer and should consider the role’s responsibilities, culture and benefits before accepting — the company emphasizes fit as well as competence.

Very smooth and effective rounds. Little bit tecnical but more on banking domain knowledge

Interviewed with 6 different people plus a case study, and then was ghosted which is pretty unprofessional. Seems like not a great team or company to work for, but compensation would have been pretty good.
