They called both MBA and BCom graduates for the same post of Associate Financial Analyst. To be frank, they were only looking to hire MBA graduates and were asking top performing BCom graduates to sign a bond of 2 years which was very disappointing. Most of the BCom graduates had Operations(Technical)/HR interview rounds for "namesake" and the Managers were least bothered about the bachelor degree holders. The managers only paid attention to the candidates who held master degrees like MBA/M.Com. Candidates approached the company through several consultancy services and referrals who are current employees in the organization. There was an aptitude test followed by one/two Operations or Technical rounds. And there was a final HR round.

The interview process had three rounds. First is the assessment. Second was the communication/technical round, it is telephonic round and finally hr round on zoom where technical round was also included
