first I had a phone interview which took about 15 minutes. After that I went into the branch I applied to and asked them if everything with my application process was going good to make sure they gave me an in person interview. Going in there got me an interview the next day and made me stand out from all the other applicants. After I had the in person interview they called me a week later and offered me the job
