The interview seemed ok, 2 managers attended, unsure of what they were looking for , I thought i did well but they had a different opinion. It was an hour-long process.
Great overall experience. Recruiter was very helpful. Great company culture. Step by step process was very detailed. I would recommend applying. They are good at reaching out to applicants via text message to set time to speak with recruiter.

In person with panel including affluent segment leader, branch manager, district manager. Situation focused responses. Be specific in describing a real situation that you succeeded or encountered, such as 'describe a time where you had to make a hard decision that you knew was the right one.'
