I was contacted by a recruitment agency for permanent position at Wells Fargo. Interviews were scheduled within a week.
There were 4 rounds of interviews
- 1st Technical round evaluating competency in Java technologies
- 2nd Technical round evaluating competency in UI technologies
- Manager round covering past work experience and a few technical aspects
- HR round majorly to discuss offer and other considerations

Overall, there are three rounds in the selection process. The first round is an online test comprising basic coding questions, and the subsequent rounds are interviews. Not so complicated one screen interview followed by in person detailed interview. The whole process took about a month at the end got an offer. The management is not that technical and outdated so be prepared for legacy system related questions.
