Online assessment, phone screen, group interview, one on one interview with Service Manager, either call back or not/email or not, interview finally with Branch Manager, then your hired. Go get fingerprinted and get your background check forms filled out and thats it!

The Job Interview involved 2 levels: a phone interview and if passed an interview with the branch and assistant branch manager. Asked several situation questions. Typically should hear back within 3 weeks.

Smooth process with easy questions about previous experience. Open ended interview questions and patient hiring team. Most experience needed is being a previous teller in a financial institution. Although, I think a credit union would suffice as well.
