Applied on the Wells Fargo career site. Initial contact was with corporate recruiter who asked about background, why I was interested in the position and Wells Fargo then a couple situational questions. Next interview was a "panel" with the DM and compliance manager. It included several situational question. I believe there was 6-8 questions. End of interview was my opportunity to ask any questions I had.

Describe a time when a conflict in your schedule became an issue and how did you handle it.
About nine situational questions which you had to answer using specific situation, action and result. The interviewers are busy writing down your response, so very little interaction. The candidate must either be experienced with this interview style, or have a very good ability to quickly access specific situations from memory.

Applied online. Recruiter interview over phone and then 2 person panel interview over phone. They ask about 7 questions around leadership, coaching, and ability to make quick decisions. Then wait for call for offer or an email for decline.
