Online Assessment to two rounds of interviews. Overall interview process went smoothly, what came after wasn't. Made me wait 5 months before learning that I was not given an offer. I felt that communication could have been clearer. Overall pretty disappointed by how a company as renown as Wells Fargo could have such a disorganized intern selection process.

Starts with assessment, then questionnaire to fill our desired location, moved onto hirevue and then superday. The process is straight forward and if you prepare well you will do fine.

Entretien
First did a HireVue 1-way interview. Then received a Superday Final Interview with two interviewers. Dress professional, suit and tie. Took roughly 1.5 months to get an email for the first interview and another 1 month to final interview.
