Daniel made it super easy and efficient and the branch manager Denise Chong is a wonderful person and professional. She is very nice and knowledgeable. I was very happy to get to meet them
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
