I had a screening over the phone with someone from HR. Basic rundown of the role and my eligibility for the position. Went over salary and the commute. Then had an in-person interview about 30 minutes. All behavioral questions that were very commonly used- make sure to know STAR format.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
