Round 3: Technical/Managerial Interview (with Software Engineering Director) A mix of project deep-dives, perception-based questions around technology and AI, and personal insights to assess communication, ambition, and cultural fit. Round 4: HR Interview (for shortlisted candidates) Covered behavioral questions, communication skills, willingness to learn, and alignment with the company’s values.
