Very formal & professional. Not really warm or overly friendly, which is fine. During the screener, the Salary range wasn’t shared upfront, even when prompted, which was offputting. but the following interview was enjoyable and in detail, spoke more about experiences than knowledge.

First off let me say that I have applied for Unilever several times over the years and I have NEVER heard back, sometimes I get to the a further stage but I’ve never been given a rejection. In this particular stage I did a written application then was asked to do a video interview which had various questions you had to answer within 30 seconds. The only reason I found out i hadn’t got the role was from speaking to a colleague who had been offered the position BEFORE I took the video interview, so I don’t understand why the position was still open.
