The process was a little slow. After completing the online assessment, they gave a feedback after 2 months probably. After receiving a positive feedback, they follow it by online discovery day where they group you with other candidates for case studies. I found the case studies rather unproductive since while they are expecting us to form an opinion as a group or produce an idea as a group they also gave us very limited time which boosted the competitive aspect. It was either I have to talk so much that I was blocking other peoples opinion or I was forgotten in the background type of situation.
