It consisted of a series of interviews with non-technical staff and included a test from a randomly selected pool of questions. The test was 20 min and included ludicrous questions as the one I listed below. It is a process more tailored to business analysts or interns than actual data scientists, and it shows people don't really know what they are doing there.
