After submitting my CV, I was sent the link to their Online Assessment Platform which is pretty easy. After some personality assessments, you have two other tests: Numerical Reasoning Test and Verbal Reasoning Test. I'd say both are pretty easy. The next step is digital interview where you're given four questions to answer. For each, you have a minute to prepare for and then 2-3 minutes to record your answer.

Question 1
Which Unilever Planet and Society commitment are you most passionate about and why?
It was smooth, the questions were about your past experiences and desire for the role. You need 30 minutes. Make sure that you trained yourself. They give you just 2 minutes to prepare your answer
