3 interviews. 1st with team manager 2nd with team lead and director of factory inclused and last one just with the team manager to inform me i got the position.

Question 1
The position was a junior one so questions were about myself, my past experiences and how could i fit in the company
The process began with a prescreening call where the recruiter/HR asked me questions about the role, the company, and my salary expectations. By the end of the call, they decided to schedule an interview with the hiring manager.
However, on the day of the interview, no one showed up. (Very professional, I know.) I followed up by email, and they eventually replied, apologizing for the inconvenience. We rescheduled the interview, and this time the meeting went well—the hiring manager was friendly and easygoing.
Unfortunately, after that, I never received any follow-up from either the hiring manager or the recruiter, despite reaching out to HR via LinkedIn.
