Entretien
I worked through a headhunter, so they found the opportunity for me at Unilever.
Consisted of a phone screen by HR, then phone screen by the hiring manager. Then, I was invited in-person to interview with a panel of six people; interviewing for multiple brands in the company.
1. HR (phone interview) - where she'll ask you basic questions relating to the role (e.g. she asked how i'll go about launching a new product in the market) and share more about the role
2. Interview with the hiring team + case study
3. Case study presentation
4. Interview with director of the team
3-4 rounds of interview with great HR support via Whatsapp and it includes a case study presentation. The case study presentation provided a few sources and a few things they want you to pull out from the data source.
