It was a campus placement so, first it started with a standard skills test which was 30 mins long, then a group interview happened after which two interviews were taken. One leaned more on the personal front, other one leaned towards the more technical front. The main thing in my opinion they look for is your ability to actually put your concepts into words, it doesn't matter if you don't know the technical words but if you have a clarity on what to do in certain situations it counts a lot. And your ability to ask questions when you're only given a hypothetical problem to solve. You need to ask questions to actually come to the solution or else you'll be questioned on how you reached the solution without having enough data for the same. So don't be afraid to ask questions to get clarity.
