online application,2 game assessments; personality traits & math and finally an online interview. I received all links in the same day, right after completing each step with maybe a couple of hours apart. a background in the topic you are applying for would be an advantage. no personal questions at all in the interview.

3 scenarios and one case study;
1st; your suppling new plan is in conflict with another department "customer service"
-what u will say?
-how to encourage an agreement?
-what do u think customer service department goal is?
-who will u ask to support u?
2nd;u need to update a contract and missing some information from a third party, and u have only one day left and u have no response from your contact
-how will u get the information before the deadline?
-what to do if you can't have the info by the dead line?
-how would u feel if u were unable to get it and missed the deadline?
3rd; a product needs to be shipped and delivered for a promotion campaign, yet there's trouble with securing raw materials for the production
-what is the impact if the product wasn't shipped?
-what are the steps you will take to solve this?
-who will you keep informed about this?
the case study gives u 10 min and a file to go through 4 or 5 pages. (about direct dispatch)
-how did you approach the information on file, and how did you analyze it?
-what are the benefits of Direct Dispatch, Why?
-do u think direct dispatch is suitable for all products?
you have one chance to Re-record your answer in all questions.

I have applied to several positions at this company but never received any response. not even a rejection email. It’s disappointing not to hear anything after putting in the effort.
There was a total of 2 behavioral interviews, 1 group case study, and 1 individual case study. It was a super day of interviews and I heard back shortly after that I received the offer.
