The entire process took approximately 4 weeks. I was initially contacted by an HR rep for a phone screen. I was then asked to come in person for an interview with the hiring team leader. The interview took approximately 1 hour, and the manager of the group was present as well. I thought the interview went very well; I answered all the questions and it seemed as though we were on the same page. I was very disappointed to learn after two weeks of waiting that I was not offered the position. HR did not follow up with me; I left the HR contact a voicemail and followed up three days later with an email to which I finally received a response.
