Tweemaal een teleurstellende procedure bij Unilever, zowel voor een meewerkstage als afstudeerstage. Beiden keren verliep de communicatie stroef, werd ik niet op afgesproken momenten gebeld en duurde het proces erg lang. Beiden keren kreeg ik in de eerste week van mijn mijn stageperiode pas te horen dat ik zou mogen komen, uiteraard had ik toen al een stageplek en moest ik dus bedanken. Onbegrijpelijk voor zo'n grote en gerenommeerde organisatie.

I applied via the company website on Workday. I had a screening phone call and then an interview with the hiring manager. The process was clearly explained, and then straightforward and quick.

I answered questions and did puzzles through an automated system that they explained was apart of their interview process to get to know me, my work style, my personality, etc. The puzzles weren’t hard and it gave me results at the end that also helped me learn about myself which was helpful.

I never did a face-to-face interview, they only had me complete the online work.

Entretien
Very comfortable, but mismanaged schedules so I had to talk to two interviewers at separate times, for the same interview. First was super nice, the other not so much - they mentioned projects and responsibilities not mentioned on the job description
