Entretien
I was given an IQ test, a personality test, and have an upcoming HireVue interview. They have gotten back to me very quickly following each of these steps so far.

For the assesments centre they give plenty of material to prepare for it in advance, supposedly a week in advance but I was given 2 day notice. Be friendly to colleagues and staff, and be sociable
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unilever (Englewood, NJ) en déc. 2018
Entretien
The process itself was four stages.
Stage 1: Resume
Every company does this, just make sure you have a good resume
Stage 2: Games
Unilever asks you to download an app and makes you play random games. There really isn't a way to study for this but give it your best shot. They just want to check if your personality matches with theirs teams personality.
Stage 3: Online Case Studies
Unilever gives very vague instructions about this specific part of the interview. It just told me to do some research about tech in this sector and only one question out of the four related to tech. These questions are asked to see how you would react to certain circumstances. These questions can and most likely will throw people off so just keep focused and do your best.
Stage 4: Superday
Unilever flies you out to NJ and it's an entire day. My day was split into breakfast with its HR team, 2 case studies, lunch with alumni from the FLPF, and 2 one on one interviews. First case study is a very high pressure situation where they just want to see how you react. For me, the case study ended with someone storming out of the room lol. The second case study is an hour long and around 20 page case study about a specific product and the issues it has. You will be working in teams for both of the case studies so be nice. Unilever will tell you that no one is evaluating you at lunch but one of the other students interviewing told me that the person he sat next to in lunch was someone he later interviewed with so don't let your guard down. The interviews were pretty easy. First is more personality based like tell me when you did this... the usual. The second was "technical" more like what would you do in this circumstance. There were no questions which related to excel or actually technical questions. Make sure to use every second they give you during this interview, you don't want to be someone who finished early so talk talk talk.
