J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unilever (Ciudad de Mexico) en oct. 2012
Entretien
Long process. First applied online and filled an online questionaire, then had a brief telephone interview. After that, they called me for the first panel, where there were around 12 people. Had a situational case we had to work on in teams to see leadership, abilities to solve problems, teamwork, etc. Then, second panel where we had to do a presentation improving one product of Unilever and then another case, assuming you were consultants that were about to give recommendations on where to build a hotel, info. about political risk, annual tourists, etc. After that, those that passed got into the "intern pool" to be sent to different interviews with managers to see if anyone would hire me.

SuperDay. Was 3 interviews with a group case study. Case study isn't hard if you have a good group. Try to take initiative. The three interviews felt repetitive. They were reading off a script.
the interviewers are very nice and chill, the interviewers were very attentive, and questions asked were more situational and behavorial. I ended up getting rejected for the role, due to lack of experience

It is very smooth and friendly vibe. All your common marketing interview questions like what is your most liked campaign and why, what is your belief and at the end "do you consider yourself as a lucky person?"
