The interviewer was reading from a script. There were five competency based questions: one covering each competency listed on the Unilever website. After each question, no matter what the answer was, there was the same follow up question: 'Would you have done anything differently?'. Then there were motivational questions e.g. why Unilever, why FMCG, why R&D, who their competitors are and what their competitive advantages are. Finally there was one more question about how you have shown leadership and what makes you a good manager. Overall, the interview was very much a one-way process rather than a conversation. The interviewer just read out the questions and noted your answers. I received the rejection within a week of the telephone interview, with no reasons given or personal feedback.

Super straightforward comparatively. Involved uploading basic information and CV followed by a situational judgement and behavioral test + couple of math and verbal reasoning questions. Provided reasonable adjustments very proactively.
