Entretien
Interview process follows Telephonic, face to face and HR. They said you have cleared all rounds and I sent pay slips and offer letter as well, no response from then.
Its been more than three months I have started interview process. They don't say either selected or rejected, trying to keep me on hold. Once in a while HR calls and enquire about notice period and bla bla. HR don't attend calls and they don't reply on mails.
Please keep in mind that Time is valuable for everyone. Please follow some morals, I have a great feeling on Unilever after experiences it is changing

Entretien
It was two meetings: first one was an introduction and the second one a presentation of a case exercise. The process was very quick and the final decision was taken just after 3 weeks after the first interview.
It is an on-campus drive. It's Resume based shortlist. 30 students were shortlisted. Then we a GD round. around 11 students are shortlisted for next round. After that a 30min interview.
