Entretien
The process was very simple and straightforward. First you had to submit your personal information (can be imported from LinkedIn) and immediately you will be invited to play a series of online games.
These games are supposed to tell if your personality is suited for the job. However depending on which function you applied for, the scores that Unilever look out for is different, so there isn't a model answer to these games. The only tip is to read the instructions carefully and make sure u understand them before proceeding.
If you do manage to make it through the games, you will be invited to record a video interview of yourself in response to a situational question. Very difficult to get through, and I am not entirely sure if the games were the right method to filter the applicants.
They ask you to try and do a online analytics test that measures your response time while judging your emotional and behavioural qualities. You're unsure about how well you're doing until you reach the end of the tests. They then give you your measurements on how well you match the role you're applying to. In all honesty, it was quite bizarre.

Level 1 - Submit Application

> 12 online games. Make sure you are fully focused!
Level 3 - Video Interview
> During the video interview, I was given 3 scenario based questions + 1 business case. The interview was conducted via Hirevue. I had 1 minute to read/ digest the questions, another 1 minute to prepare my answer, and after that the webcam will start recording automatically and I had 3 minutes to speak. The good news is that I had 2 more chances to retry for each question.
Level 4 - Assessment centre
> I did not get into this round so I can't comment much on this.

Question 1
I remembered the first question was about a new marketing manager who wants to launch a new marketing campaign that would cost a huge chunk of the marketing budget. The question is somewhere along this line: As a finance manager, how would you convince him that he should be using less money and how would you sustain the relationship with him.
