Got to know about their internship and graduate programme during a career talk. I had to submit 4 essays: why are you interested to work in Unilever, what is your best achievement so far?, what's your biggest disappointment, name one instance you showed leadership skills. Had to wait for about 2 weeks before they contacted me and I had to do a logic/numerical test. (this was not easy!) Another week passed before they contacted me for an interview face-to-face with a line manager. Their interview questions are rather easy to deal with. Prepare before hand, think and reflect on your questions, that will help. Questions are the typical, tell me more about yourself, what's your biggest achievement, which brand would you work for, tell me more about your work experience, why do you do this major, why marketing, etc. I waited for another week before I was confirmed. One round online interview. Theoretical and scenario-based ML questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and comfortable. Projects were also asked to explain. Nice experience. There was no coding round.
