It is usually through a recruitment agency and the HR is very good. He will be honest but the management of the department just hires you whether they like you or not and then force you to leave after you are employed there.

It was just two interviews. First with the HR and then with the line manager. They just asked basic questions, like who I was, my hobbies, why I decided to apply for Unilever and if I know what the job entails

There are 3 rounds first talent acquisition then technical round with the hiring manager and lastly hr round where you discuss all the claus and Salary negotiations. If you clear first then call you for second and then third thos can take upto 15 days time be patient and wait for the call
