The interview process was very poor and slow and the recruitment team was not doing a great job at getting back to you. No feedback to the candidates that did not make it to the assessment centre. The steps before the Assessment centre were time-consuming and due to the limited about of candidates left in the process I believe that the recruitment team could have spent some additional minutes on giving some feedback to the candidates that did not make it all the way.
