It was easy and outgoing, question were given were easy to respond to. Management were really nice and u was able to get the job 3 days later. During the interview they explained everything I was going to be doing and that was nice .
Fifteen minutes, quite easy. Ask for expected salary range, company future. Sales orientation. Product knowledge and industry knowledge. Depends on management to be very honest, can make or break your time there

It was a telephonic interview where they asked me about my prior work experience and how I can be fit in the Sales associate position by asking situation based questions and what sales strategies I have used in the past to upsell some products
