Following the completion of the questionnaire a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out via phone or e-mail with next steps/additional information in the coming days. After completing and sending back and attempting to follow up I never heard back until a month later with a decline email. Lazy and very inconsiderate screening process as all of these questions could have been answered if they had actually read my resume and saw my experience. They also already asked me my salary range at the time of applying.
